Corrections, Collaboration & Feedback
ToneStakr's accuracy depends on players who know the source material. Contacts that get a response are specific, sourced, and relevant to the platform's focus — rig accuracy, catalogue additions, and genuine collaboration opportunities.
What to Get in Touch About
Rig inaccuracy or wrong gear
If a rig contains the wrong guitar model, a discontinued pedal without an accurate alternative, or a signal chain that does not reflect the artist's documented setup — submit the correction with a source. Gear rundowns, published interviews, and verified setlist notes are acceptable sources. Corrections without a verifiable source are not actioned.
Missing from the catalogue
ToneStakr's catalogue currently covers 70+ guitarists and expands regularly. If the guitarist you want is not listed, submit their name alongside their primary gear — guitar model, amp, and 1–2 essential pedals — with a source. Submissions with documented gear lists are prioritised over requests without them.
Broken link or page error
Broken links, incorrect prices, or pages that fail to load — include the full URL and a brief description of the problem. Technical issues are addressed as they are reported.
Content, creator or brand partnership
If you create guitar tone content, run a music education channel, or represent a brand with a genuine fit — read the collaboration section below before getting in touch.
How to Reach Us
Include the specific page URL and a clear description of the issue or request. The more specific the message, the faster the response. Vague messages or messages without a relevant page URL are unlikely to receive a detailed reply.

Collaboration and Partnerships
ToneStakr works with guitarists, music educators, content creators, and brands whose work is genuinely relevant to the platform's audience — players who want practical, affordable rigs, not aspirational gear lists.
Content creators — YouTube, TikTok, Instagram
If you produce guitar tone content and want to reference ToneStakr rig guides, co-produce tone breakdowns, or build something with the platform's data — get in touch with a link to your channel and a clear description of what you are proposing. Collaborations work best when they add genuine value to the audience rather than functioning purely as promotion.
Guitarists and educators
If you teach guitar, run a tone clinic, or produce instructional content and want to use ToneStakr's rig guides as a reference tool — you do not need to ask. The guides are free to reference. If you want to discuss something more specific, get in touch with a clear description of what you have in mind.
Brands and manufacturers
ToneStakr does not accept paid placements in rig recommendations. If you are a brand and want to discuss legitimate editorial coverage — product loans for review, factual corrections to how your gear is described, or data partnerships — email with a clear description of what you are proposing. Enquiries that look like requests for paid placement will not receive a reply.

Why Accuracy Matters
ToneStakr's credibility depends on rig accuracy. A player who buys a Stratocaster and a Fender Blues Junior based on a John Mayer rig recommendation deserves to get genuine value from that purchase. If the recommendation is wrong — wrong guitar type, wrong amp voicing, wrong signal chain — the player loses money and trust is broken.
This is why corrections are taken seriously and why every rig goes through a curation process rather than being assembled from scraped data or unverified user suggestions. Accurate rig guides are the product. If you have found an inaccuracy, submitting a specific, sourced correction is the most useful thing you can do.
