About the G6120 Nashville

The Gretsch G6120 Nashville is the original country and rockabilly electric guitar — Chet Atkins made it the definitive Nashville sound guitar, and Eddie Cochran and Duane Eddy cemented it in rock history. Its FilterTron humbuckers produce a distinctive bright, chimey character that sits between a single-coil and a traditional humbucker. Brian Setzer of the Stray Cats revived the Gretsch's profile in the 1980s, and Billy Duffy of The Cult plays Gretsch White Falcons. The hollow body resonates warmly but can feed back at stage volumes.
